Secret Life of Plants: Crafternoon Chill – Weaving with Botanically Dyed Yarn & Herbal Iced Sips
Create your own handwoven mini-mat, an art piece on its own or a special place for your favorite cup or to feature treasured objects. We will provide:
+ Looms – all set up & ready to weave
+ Weaving Tools – handmade shuttles, embroidery needles, and more
+ Botanical Dyed Yarn – silk, merino wool, and cotton; hand dyed with culinary herbs and medicinal plants like hibiscus, chamomile, & rosemary—the very same beautiful plants that make soothing iced refreshments!
Learn weaving basics and chill with textile artist and natural dye gardener, Nicole Duprée of Ampersand Textile & Design.
Children 7-13 are welcome as a +1.
